Building GTM systems since 2019.
We started building growth and automation systems in 2019: scrapers, list engines, sending infrastructure, and the campaigns that ran on top of them. Years of that work led to one conclusion: the agency model is broken on the buyer's side. Companies pay retainers for activity (emails sent, dashboards updated) while the thing they actually wanted, conversations with buyers, is nobody's contractual problem.
Worthlane is the fix. Apart from a one-time setup fee for the build, we charge for positive responses, defined in writing. If the campaign doesn't produce conversations, there's no monthly invoice. That single change rewires every incentive in the engagement: which clients we take, how carefully we build lists, how honest we are about what won't work.
Every engagement is owned end-to-end: ICP research, list building in Clay and Apollo, deliverability setup, copy, and sending, up to the moment a prospect replies interested. From there your team takes over, because you know your customers best. Nothing is delegated to people you'll never meet. And Worthlane is its own first client; our pipeline runs on the exact stack and playbooks we sell.
