Straight answers.

Everything buyers usually ask on the first call, answered here so the call can be about your business instead.

How does pay-per-response pricing actually work?

You pay a one-time setup fee for the campaign build, cover your own infrastructure costs at cost, and then pay a fixed fee for each positive response the campaign generates. No retainer, no monthly minimum, no hourly billing. The per-response rate is set at kickoff based on your average deal size (larger deals, higher rate) and doesn't change mid-engagement.

What exactly counts as a "positive response"?

A reply from a prospect on your agreed target list that expresses interest: asking to learn more, requesting pricing, or agreeing to a call. Out-of-office replies, referrals to someone else, "not now, try next quarter," and plain rejections don't count. The definition goes into the agreement with examples before launch. Every positive response, from email or LinkedIn, is logged automatically in a shared sheet. If you don't think one counts, flag it and it isn't billed.

What does the setup fee cover?

The build: ICP research, list building and enrichment, sending domains and mailboxes configured and warmed, copywriting, and campaign setup. It's a one-time, non-refundable fee because those costs are incurred before a single email sends. It's also the only fixed amount you'll ever pay us; after that, you only pay for positive responses.

How fast will I see results?

Weeks 1 to 3 are the build: infrastructure, domain warmup, lists and copy, all approved by you. That foundation is what makes the sending strong. You can expect the first replies in week 4, and volume ramps from there. Anyone promising day-one cold email results is warming up to burn a domain.

Is there a contract or monthly minimum?

One agreement covering the first 90 days; that's the commitment, because judging outbound on less than 90 days is judging the warmup period. After that, it's month to month. There's no monthly minimum spend at any point: if a month produces eight positive replies, you pay for eight.

Who owns the domains, tools, and data?

You do, from day one. Sending domains, mailboxes, and tool subscriptions are purchased in your name and billed to you at cost, with no markup. Lists we build for your campaign are yours. If we part ways, you keep the entire working system; nothing is held hostage.

What do you need from us to get started?

Three things: an hour of your time at kickoff to nail the ICP and offer, timely approval of lists and copy (we move at your approval speed), and a commitment to respond to interested prospects within one business day. Outbound generates conversations; if nobody answers them, the engagement fails no matter what we do, so follow-up speed is a contractual obligation on your side. One thing we'll help you set up: replies answered within minutes convert far better than replies answered the next day.

Why price per reply instead of per booked meeting?

Because per-meeting pricing pushes agencies to inflate: pressure prospects into calls they don't want, count no-shows, and argue about what "qualified" means. A positive reply is the cleanest verifiable unit: it either exists in the inbox or it doesn't. Converting interest into a meeting is a sales motion, and it belongs to whoever knows your offer best: you. We hand over warm conversations; you close them.

Will you send cold email from our company domain?

Never, and you should fire any agency that would. Campaigns run on separate, lookalike sending domains purchased for the purpose and warmed for weeks before launch. Your primary domain's reputation, and your ability to send normal business email, stays untouched no matter what happens in the campaign.

What happens if the campaign underperforms?

We diagnose and rebuild: new segments, new angles, new copy. A slow first month is data, not a verdict. We keep improving the list, the ICP and the messaging until the response rate is strong. And because we run campaigns across several industries, any hook that's working elsewhere gets tested on yours too. Meanwhile you pay nothing per month, so a slow start costs you infrastructure and time, not a retainer.

Which industries does this work for?

B2B companies with deal sizes of $5,000+ whose buyers can be identified by title and firmographics: SaaS, IT services, agencies, recruiting, dev shops, fintech, professional services, logistics, cybersecurity. It doesn't work for low-ticket products, pure B2C, or unproven offers, and we'll tell you that on the fit call instead of taking the engagement. See services & industries.

How are you different from a retainer agency?

A retainer agency gets paid the same whether you get three conversations or thirty, so its real product is the monthly report proving activity. Our only billable event is a buyer expressing interest. That changes which clients we accept, how carefully lists get built, and how fast we kill what isn't working. Same craft, opposite incentives.
